About Signal

Built for
people, not
algorithms.

Our Mission

Signal exists because the average knowledge worker now receives over 120 emails and 50 messages a day. Most of it is noise. We built Signal to give you back the one thing no inbox setting can: clarity.

We don't move your email. We don't store your messages. We read your inbox in real time, score every message for actual urgency, and surface the 5 things that matter right now — so you can ignore everything else guilt-free.

Why We Built This

We got tired of email apps that promised smart sorting but just made more folders. The problem was never organisation — it was priority. What actually needs a response today? What can wait a week? What is just noise dressed up as a task?

Signal answers those questions automatically, using the signals already in your inbox: labels, senders, subjects, timing. No rules to write. No training required. It just works.

Privacy First

Your emails are read directly from Gmail's API in your browser. Nothing is stored on our servers. Your token lives in your session and is used only to fetch and score messages in real time. We have no access to your inbox when you close the tab.

We take this seriously. Read our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
